Job Title: Programme Manager Location: Sheffield Salary/Rate: £450 - £475 Daily Rate Inside IR35 Start Date: 16/06/2025 Job Type: Contract

My client is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead and manage large-scale, multi-stream migration programmes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programme delivery, third-party vendor management, and stakeholder engagement at the executive level. This is a high-visibility role that demands strategic oversight, operational precision, and exceptional communication skills.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex migration programmes across multiple business and technical streams. • Define programme scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior stakeholders. • Manage third-party vendors and service providers to ensure programme milestones are met on time and within budget. • Develop and maintain detailed programme plans, risk logs, issue registers, and stakeholder communication strategies. • Provide regular updates and executive presentations to senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with internal governance, regulatory, and audit requirements. • Identify interdependencies across projects and coordinate resources effectively to ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills/Experience The ideal candidate will have the following:
• Proven experience managing large-scale migration programmes, ideally in regulated industries. • Demonstrated success in managing multi-stream migration programmes. • Extensive experience with third-party management, including vendor selection, negotiation, and performance oversight. • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage and present effectively to C-level executives.

Desirable Skills/Experience Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client:
• Experience working with or implementing Pega systems. • Previous experience working within banking or other global financial institutions. • Working knowledge of CRM platforms and data migration best practices.
